Welcome to Splendor Spa. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our home, hotel, and villa massage services in Dubai, as well as our website and booking platforms. By booking an appointment with us, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms.
1. Service Overview
- Splendor Spa provides professional, certified, and luxury on-demand mobile massage services delivered to specified home, hotel, or villa locations in Dubai.
- All treatments are strictly professional and therapeutic. Any inappropriate behavior toward therapists will result in immediate termination of the session without a refund and may be reported to local UAE authorities.
2. Booking & Appointments
- Bookings must be made in advance through our official website, phone, or messaging platforms.
- Clients must provide an accurate physical address, contact number, and access instructions (e.g., gate access, hotel room number) prior to arrival.
- Appointment times are subject to therapist availability and traffic conditions. We will notify you promptly of any unforeseen delays.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Cancellations: Free cancellation is available up to 2 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Cancellations made within less than 2 hours may incur a cancellation fee.
- Rescheduling: Requests to modify appointment times should be submitted as early as possible and are subject to availability.
4. Health & Safety
- Clients must disclose any pre-existing medical conditions, injuries, pregnancies, skin conditions, or allergies (including organic oil allergies) before the treatment begins.
- Our therapists reserve the right to decline or modify a treatment if they assess that a service may pose a health risk to the client or therapist.
5. Pricing & Payment
- All prices are listed in UAE Dirhams (AED) and include taxes where applicable.
- Payments can be made securely via accepted electronic payment methods or cash upon completion of the service, as specified during booking.
6. Liability & Property
- Splendor Spa and its certified therapists exercise utmost care during visits. However, clients are responsible for securing personal valuables during the appointment.
- Splendor Spa is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, except as mandated by UAE law.
7. Governing Law These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates.
