How do I book a home massage?
You can book directly through our website booking form, send us a message on WhatsApp, or give us a call. Simply choose your preferred massage treatment, date, time, and location in Dubai, and our team will confirm your appointment immediately.
Are your therapists certified?
Yes, absolutely. All Splendor Spa therapists are fully qualified, professionally certified, and rigorously vetted. They are experienced in world-class wellness techniques and trained to uphold the highest standards of safety, hygiene, and luxury service.
What should I prepare for the massage?
You don’t need to prepare anything! Our therapists arrive fully equipped with everything required for a premium spa experience, including a professional massage table, fresh linens, organic oils, and relaxing ambient music. All you need to provide is a clean, comfortable room or space with enough space to set up the massage table.
Can I book a massage for the same day?
Yes, we offer on-demand, same-day bookings across Dubai subject to therapist availability. We recommend booking at least 1 to 2 hours in advance so our therapist can navigate Dubai traffic and reach your home, hotel, or villa on time.
What is your cancellation policy?
We offer free cancellation or rescheduling up to 2 hours before your scheduled appointment time. Cancellations made with less than 2 hours’ notice or no-shows may incur a cancellation fee to cover therapist dispatch and scheduling costs.
